In-Person Participation Required
Only participants who physically attend and check in at the ThinkCity Hackathon at Bellevue College on January 10, 2026 are eligible to participate and submit a project.

Teams Formed On-Site
Teams must be formed during the event. Pre-formed teams are not allowed.

One Submission Per Team
Each team may submit one project on Devpost.

Original Work Only
All work must be created during the hackathon.
Projects must not have been previously developed, submitted, or presented at another hackathon, competition, or event.

Collaboration Guidelines
Teams may use publicly available tools, APIs, datasets, and libraries, but the core idea and implementation must be developed at the event.

Eligibility Verification
Organizers reserve the right to verify in-person participation and disqualify submissions that do not meet these requirements.
