Teams submit one PDF (max 5 pages) and a 3-minute presentation. Optional demo or prototype encouraged but not required.

- Which organizations or groups would be involved?
- What positive impact would success create?
4. Proposed Solution: Describe your idea clearly and concisely.
- What is your solution?
- How does it work?
- What makes it innovative or different?
You may include:
- Diagrams

- Simple workflow visuals
5. Technology & Approach: Technical depth should match team background—no penalty for being non-technical.
- Tools or technologies used or proposed
(e.g., AI, data analysis, sensors, apps, web tools, policy changes, process redesign) - How technology supports the solution (if applicable)
6. Feasibility & Implementation
- How could this realistically be implemented?
- What resources would be needed?
- Who could own or maintain this solution?
7. Equity, Accessibility & Ethics: Civic solutions must serve diverse communities responsibly.
- How does your solution ensure inclusivity?
- Are there accessibility, privacy, or ethical considerations?
- How are unintended consequences addressed?
8. Sustainability & Scalability
- Could this solution grow or adapt to other cities or communities?
